Haden Gold is drummer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer currently residing in Queens, NY. For two years, he studied jazz drumming, classical percussion, improvisation, and composition at SUNY at Fredonia. There, he studied under Dr. Kay Stonefelt, Dr. Nick Weiser, Prof. Alec Dube, Alan Ferber, Carmen Intorre Jr., and others. He has also worked with Jordan Rose, C-Bass Chiriboga, and Ricky Chilton in Brooklyn, NY. He is currently concluding his undergraduate degree at Queens College.
His latest project is his debut-album released under his own name; a full-length collaborative project with singer/songwriter Miranda Wilcox. The first single, Breakup Season, released on streaming everywhere on May 22, 2026, and the second single, Feels Like Yesterday, released on June 26, 2026. The album, entitled Breakup Season and produced by Nate Wilson, will release later in 2026.
As a former founding-member of the funk/jazz-fusion band Tetris Effect, he released their debut self-titled record on April 24, 2026. Haden played drums on all 9 full-length tracks and contributed substantially to the composition of the record, including writing both singles Respect and Out of Sight, Out of Mind (With Libby Reed). Tetris Effect is streaming everywhere now.
